1. Ensure that you are in a country with a compatible voltage. If you bought the AU plug version, it will work in most countries abroad, but some notable exceptions include the US, Canada and Japan. If you aren't sure if you can use your Restyla Air in a particular country, feel free to get in touch so that we can confirm for you.

2. Ensure that the lock settings button is in the 'unlock' position before pressing the power button to turn it on.

3. Try a different power outlet in case one isn't working.

Step 1. Ensure the lock/unlock switch is in the locked position.

Step 2. Secure the attachment in place by twisting it to the left.

Step 3. If the lock/unlock button does not return to the locked position after installation, twist the attachment further to the left (clockwise).
