RETURNS POLICY

12 MONTH WARRANTY

All Restyla products come standard with a 12 Month Warranty. All devices are subjected to rigorous design, manufacture, inspection and test procedures to ensure it meets our exact specifications.

However, in the unlikely event that your device arrives faulty or malfunctions during a session, we will provide you with a replacement at no extra cost.

RETURNS PROCESS

If your product is defective and you require a replacement, please follow these instructions:

1) Take a short (10-15 second) video of the defect, clearly demonstrating the fault

2) Email contact@restyla.com with a description of the defect and attach the video

3) Please include your full name, best email address, shipment address, and order number

3) Once approved, send back your product as directed with all the contents it came with

4) A replacement will then be dispatched to you via express post (3-6 business days)

Applications which do not meet this criteria will not be approved for a return or refund.

RETURNS PROCESS

If you have purchased the Lifetime Warranty option, you will be fully covered - no matter how long you have used your Restyla product for. This also covers damage caused by wear and tear and battery degradation from frequent use. Find out more about the Lifetime Warranty here.

REFUNDS

How your curls turn out will depend on many factors such as the settings you use (temperature, curl duration, curl direction), the technique you use, the products you're using and your hair type. Due to this, we cannot guarantee that you will get the exact results you are looking for as it depends entirely on how you use it.

Restyla products can be returned if they've been damaged upon delivery or have malfunctioned during the warranty period from the date of purchase. For all returns and refund enquires, please email: contact@restyla.com

Please note that we are only able to issue refunds for Restyla products purchased directly from www.restyla.com. If purchased from another retailer or outlet, please contact them directly for information on their return policy. Please retain your proof of purchase as it is required for all refunds.
